"The new USCIS memo regarding H-1B workers issued on January 8, 2010 poses major complications for businesses in the IT consulting industry -  Until now, no organization has served the needs of IT consulting companies. With this onerous memo threatening to wipe out the consulting business model, a group of employers in Dallas has sought to join forces and form an organization for the purpose of representing the interests of IT consulting companies. Today they launched new organzation called 'ITServe Alliance'  with a common goal and common platform to serve IT consulting businesses. 

Attorneys Jake Posey and Rahul Reddy gave presentations on issues related to recent H1B Memo its impact, compliance and ways to protest.  Satish Manduva - President of the organization explained the Organziation Vision, Action Plan and Membership Benefits.  Anil Kilaru Director of ITServe responded to Q&A related to current issues.  ITServe Alliance website was launched by Frank Roby Chair, IBC, Dallas Chamber of Commerce to the organization. "
